HOWDY!

I’m Gary Weston, a self shooting producer/director, lighting cameraman, editor, motion graphics designer and photographer, often working individually as a one man production outfit. For more demanding projects requiring an extended crew I work with a network of creative professionals across the full range of content production.

I have produced content and edited for network television and am a regular freelance producer working with multiple broadcasters and agencies.

My photography work has been published in newspapers, magazines, brochures, album covers and a number of art publications and books.

I have designed and built over 150 bespoke websites including artist portfolios, online stores, start-ups, corporate business, environmental and charity sites.

I also own and am creative director at Kent's most unique floating arts venue LV21.

THE SMALL PRINT

PAYMENT TERMS

Strictly 14 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Or we’ll have to shoot you.
Domains and hosting packages are set to drop if payment is not received on or prior to the renewal date.

COPYRIGHT

Copyright is retained by Spaghetti Weston on all work including footage, video, images, audio, ideas, graphics and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled. Clients are licensed to freely distribute, duplicate, print and screen work they have commissioned in its complete format only. Any editing, re-versioning, manipulation or use by third parties is prohibited without written consent from Spaghetti Weston. Or we’ll have to shoot you.

Clients are responsible for all licenses for any use of third party copyright material including images, soundtracks and audio, footage and graphics. Spaghetti Weston assume that all third party material supplied, or instructed to incorporate into a project, has already been legally licensed by the client or is open source.

PROJECT ACCEPTANCE

At the time of proposal Spaghetti Weston will provide the client with a written estimate or quotation. All estimates and quotes are based on information provided and are liable to change.

CANCELLATION FEES

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge. Cancellation charges are calculated from the day that written notification is received by Spaghetti Weston Ltd. Charges are applied as below:

Cancellation within 5 business days or less – 50% of total contract fee is payable.
Cancellation over 5 business days – 25% of total contract fee is payable.
